RECEPTIONISTS

The front desk member's primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the hospital.  More specifically, the front desk staff is responsible for meeting and greeting clients, determining the needs of the patients, and educating clients on patient healthcare as directed by the doctor.

VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

The Veterinary Technician supports the doctor in providing quality patient care and excellent client service.  More specifically, the Veterinary Technician is responsible for maintaining baseline medical information, performing routine procedures, and assisting with surgery.

KENNEL TECHNICIAN

The Kennel Technician is responsible for feeding, walking, and overseeing the well being of the patients being housed in the kennel.  In addition the kennel staff is responsible for being aware of potential problems with patients and alerting the technicians and/or doctor, keeping the kennel area and cat room clean and picked up.
