My name is Kathy Beck, and I've been working in the Veterinary field for the last 25+ years managing hospitals.  Before that I worked in the human field of medicine, but I never enjoyed that near as much as I do working with animals!  I've lived in Plano most of my life, and watched it grow like crazy - but I still call it home.  I have a 3 year old spoiled rotten, ball crazy, black and white Border Collie named Fiona, and another 4 year old, sweetheart rescue Border Collie that's red and white with freckles all over his body, his name is Opie.  I also have a 15 year old rescue cat named Chip, and he's just a big chubby lazy boy.  In my spare time I love to sew, quilt, cross stitch and travel.  I also collect ancient Roman and Greek coins, and pottery.
